Hello! I'm Sammy, and I've loved dolls for pretty much as long as I've been old enough to play with them. When I was little I would make clothes for my dolls out of socks; as I got older and learned to knit and sew properly, I started to figure out how to make more elaborate doll-sized garments. I like to think my craftmanship has improved at least a little since then.
I started customizing and repainting fashion dolls like Monster High in my late teens - you may have known me as teaboydolls on Instagram. I'm not very active there these days, but there are still lots of pictures of my older projects on that page. Most of the dolls I own and work on are fashion dolls, though I recently added my first fancy resin BJD to my collection, and I'm always interested in what new and exciting things are being designed.
With my easily-distractible brain, it's not hard for my interest and activity in specific hobbies to wax and wane, but collecting and crafting for dolls has been a lifelong passion of mine. I really wanted a space where I could share my projects and talk about my process in detail, because I love explaining things, but most social media isn't really well-suited for that.
Hence why I made an old school blog in the year 2025.
You can find me on other social media listed in my sidebar. Thanks for stopping by! I hope you'll find something here that interests or entertains you.
